        <h2>Brides to swoon at Troon</h2>

        <p>Jewelry artist Claudia Reali is a veteran of bridal shows attended by thousands of swarming brides-to-be.</p>
        <p>So when four limousines pull up in front of Troon North Aug. 19 with three dozen laughing, champagne-sipping women (and some grooms-to-be), she'll be ready.</p>
        <p><img class="img-left" src="images/troon_north_01.jpg" alt="Troon North" />"It's a lot of fun," Reali said of the upcoming Wedding Tour that will take future brides and their companions to four wedding venues in Phoenix and the East Valley where vendors such as Reali with her Designs by Claudia are ready to show off the latest trends. "You're dealing with very happy people. They're excited."</p>
        <p>Suzy Siegel, publisher of Arizona's Finest Wedding Sites and Services magazine, created the first Wedding Tour in April as a bridal show on wheels.</p>
        <p>"We were very happy with the response," she said of the event that drew 40 brides, grooms, mothers and maids-of-honor planning that special day.</p>
        <p>Most brides at the April event were in their late 20s, she said, but several were in their 40s and 50s. The cost is $20 per person, or $35 for a bride and a companion.</p>
        <p>This year's tour travels to Chandler's Ocotillo Golf Club, the Waterfront in Tempe, Rendez-Vous in Phoenix, and concludes at Troon North Golf Club.</p>
        <p>At the venues, brides will taste food and cake, listen to music, talk with photographers and videographers, see a jewelry showcase, learn the latest trends in floral arrangements and watch a demonstration by a makeup artist.</p>
        <p>For Troon North, this is an opportunity to show off the facility to women who won't have to try visualizing the room. The facility's ballroom, staged for a wedding, will have a bride and groom table, disc jockey and chocolate fountain.</p>
        <p>"It's just great to have them see the ballroom and what it would look like," said director of catering Erini Macrides. "Bringing everybody in altogether is great exposure."</p>
        <p>Given the success of the April tour, Siegel hopes to offer the event quarterly.</p>
        <p>"The brides were in awe," she said. "It was breathtaking."</p>
        <p>Siegel, who's been married 27 years, enjoys going along on the tours.</p>
        <p>"I love talking to the brides," she said. "They ask my opinion."</p>
