here!  Review Content: Brides and grooms, avoid this "wedding venue."
Malena, who is labeled as an event coordinator, will be sure to destroy
your wedding day. She will promise you many things only to come up short on
the actual day. Malena was absent the day of our wedding and sent her
"assistant." This assistant clearly had no wedding experience. He sent me
down the aisle before confirming an officiant was present! I got to the
alter to find my groom waiting for me and no one to marry us. We had to
have a family member say a few words, kissed and that was our "special
day." To make matters worse, Malena never made a call/email/text to address
the problem. She only reached out to me once she got a VISA dispute claim
and even then, she took no accountability for ruining our day. Its a shame
such a beautiful resort and beach no longer holds a special place for us,
all thanks to Malena and her lack of empathy for a bride and her wedding
